We start with a no-cost, no-pressure consultation to learn about your service history and determine how we can help. This is your opportunity to ask questions and get honest answers.
You’ll complete a comprehensive intake form that captures your military experience and current conditions. We’ll use this to consult you as you prepare to submit your official VA claim documentation.
Meet directly with our staff for a deep-dive into your case. We’ll identify overlooked conditions, clarify secondary connections, and guide you through buddy statements and supporting evidence.
Once your claim package is complete, we’ll walk you through the submission process and provide guidance during the VA’s review period. You won’t be left wondering what comes next.
We’ve walked this path ourselves—and we’ve helped hundreds of others do the same.
Our streamlined approach has helped clients move from 0% to 100% disability ratings.
No call centers. No generic advice. Just real support from people who care.
Baymon Consulting, LLC was founded on a simple truth: nobody understands the VA disability process like someone who’s lived it. After retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel with over 26 years of service in the U.S. Army, Eugene Baymon dedicated his next chapter to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow veterans in their fight for benefits. We know the system is complex. We know the paperwork is overwhelming. And we know how frustrating it is to feel unheard. That’s why we created a process that’s clear, personal, and focused on results. From the Vietnam War to Gulf War presumptive conditions, to secondary service connections, and everything in between (including non-deployed/stateside veterans), we help you build a strategic claim with confidence through our coaching program—so you’re not just heard, you’re recognized. At Baymon Consulting, we don’t throw jargon at you or leave you guessing. We break down the process, coach you through it, and teach you how to fight for the rating you’ve earned. You served with honor. Now it’s our turn to serve you.
Eugene Baymon is a 26 year U.S. Army Veteran who retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He has been coaching Vets for over 15 years to get their disability rating increased. Eugene has a passion to help Vets because he has seen the struggle that Vets go through when attempting to get their disability benefits. His passion runs deeply for Vets as it took close to 15 years for him to figure out how to get to 100% disability for himself. Throughout all the learning curves, he succeeded and you can too, but in a much shorter time!
Assisting Veterans to Receive an Increase in Your Disability Rating Through Our Coaching Program
We serve U.S. military veterans from all branches, whether you're filing your first VA disability claim, trying to increase your rating, or appealing a past decision. Gulf War-era veterans, Vietnam War Veterans and those with complex secondary conditions are especially encouraged to reach out.
No. We don't represent you before the VA. Instead, we equip you by consulting you in preparing your claim package—backed by strong documentation, lay statements, and strategic guidance—so you can submit confidently and in control.
Yes. Baymon Consulting provides strategic support to help veterans understand their benefits and strengthen their documentation. We do not provide medical or legal advice, and we’re not a VA-accredited claims agent or VSO. Our goal is empowerment, not representation.
We start with a free consultation. After that, pricing depends on the scope of your case. You'll receive transparent payment options—no hourly surprises- and you only pay if and when you receive an increase in your disability rating.
While VSOs can do great work, many are overwhelmed and under-resourced. We offer dedicated, one-on-one support from someone who's been through the process, including guidance on secondary conditions, Gulf War claims, and crafting effective lay evidence.
Absolutely. We work with veterans at any stage—initial filing, increase requests, supplemental claims, or post-denial strategy. If you feel your current rating doesn’t reflect your reality, we can help.
